Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beauty Industry, Lifestyle Product, Fitness Center, Healthcare Institution, Organic Product Etc.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

• Managing social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, tiktok etc and creating content (Bangla & English) prioritizing organic reach.Upload and manage videos on YouTube channel·Crafting and Publishing regular social media content ·
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends fairs and events Emerging technologies to improve digital marketing efforts and manage projects within tight deadlines and create event campaignsKnowledge in Video Editing, Photoshop, Canva etc.Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content·
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentAny other tasks assigned by management.
