The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling PVC electrical wire guards to dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers. The role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the electrical and construction segments.
· Promote and sell PVC electrical wire guards to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, builders, electricians, and project clients
· Identify and develop new customers and markets
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
· Generate enquiries and convert leads into orders
· Conduct market surveys to understand demand, competition, and pricing trends
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
· Provide product information, pricing, and technical details to customers
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
· Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
· Appoint new dealers and distributors as per company guidelines
· Support channel partners with promotions, schemes, and product training
· Monitor stock availability and coordinate with logistics for order fulfillment
· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback
· Coordinate with marketing, production, and accounts teams
· Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve sales
