∎ Analyze gathered data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the territory.
∎ Develop actionable insights to guide sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
∎ Meet and exceed territory sales targets in alignment with personal and organizational objectives.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and market penetration.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers such as retail buyers, plumbers, contractors, and dealers.
∎ Provide exceptional support, information, and guidance to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
∎ Keep customers informed of new offers, product updates, and promotional activities.
∎ Ensure that all dealers are well-informed about the company’s product offerings, promotions, and support initiatives.
∎ Regularly engage with dealers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
∎ Observe and assess ongoing sales activities in the market.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and capitalize on opportunities.
∎ Submit reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) daily, providing insights into the day’s performance and next steps.
