Job Responsibilities

This role is a blend of sales support, administration, and team management. Your duties will include:

• Engage in sales, marketing, and client relationship activities

• Communicate professionally with clients and partners across multiple regions

• Collaborate with international colleagues across Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Croatia, Romania, and the UK

• Develop strong business communication and negotiation skills

• Contribute to business growth while shaping your own professional journey

Requirements

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, ideally from one of the following industries:

• Travel Agency

• Immigration or Education Consultancy Services

• Manpower Recruitment

• BPO / Call Center Industry

• Retail or Wholesale Consumer Goods Brands

• Pharmaceutical Industry (Medical Representative / Sales Officer)

• Insurance Brokerage / Insurance Sales

Candidates from the above sectors are preferred due to their strong client communication skills, target-driven mindset, and experience in handling customer enquiries and closing sales.

• Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 + Commission 

• Mobile Allowance: Yes

Work Schedule

• Location: Uttara, Dhaka

• Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Days: 6 days/week (office-based)

• Weekend: Sunday
