We are building a secure platform focused on real-time messaging and voice calling. The product will support both public release through app stores and private/internal distribution for controlled users.

We are looking for a Mobile Developer or development team capable of designing and delivering scalable, secure, production-grade mobile applications.

This is a long-term product development role focused on building a real-world communication system from the ground up.

🔹 Project Overview

You will be responsible for building a mobile application that includes:

• Secure real-time messaging (chat system)

• Voice calling functionality (VoIP / real-time communication)

• Push notifications and background processing

• API-driven architecture with backend integration

• Secure authentication and session management

• Dual deployment model:

  1. Public release via app stores

  2. Private/internal distribution via direct installation (Android APK / controlled iOS distribution)

🔹 Technical Requirements

We are open to highly skilled developers with experience in any of the following:

✔ Core Development Skills

• Strong experience in Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift)

• Cross-platform experience with Flutter or React Native is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture preferred)

• Strong experience with REST APIs and backend integration

• Experience with background services, notifications, and performance optimization

• Prior experience building communication apps (messaging, calling, or social platforms)

🔹 Deployment & Distribution Experience

• Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store (Android) & Apple App Store (iOS)

• Understanding of mobile release cycles, versioning, and updates

• Experience with private distribution methods, such as:

1. APK-based distribution for Android

2. TestFlight / enterprise distribution for iOS

🔹 Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

• Experience with real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebRTC or similar)

• Experience with Firebase or scalable backend systems

• Understanding of secure communication practices and encryption concepts

• Experience working on high-traffic or production communication platforms

• Strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
