The Ideal Candidate

You bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on sales experience or customer service experience from one of these fields:

Call center customer service experience

FMCG Companies like Pran, Akij, Ahmed Group, etc.

Medical Sales MPO (Medical Promotional Officer)

Life insurance & other insurance companies

People from these backgrounds tend to hit the ground running here; they know how to handle clients, chase targets, and keep their cool under pressure.

A few non-negotiables:

Age between 30 and 50 years

If you have zero sales/customer service experience, please don't apply. Seriously.

What's On The Table

Salary: 15,000 BDT - 30,000 BDT

Mobile Allowance: Included

Transport Allowance: Included

Festival Bonus: Two per year, paid early

Overtime: Compensated
