Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
∎ Educate customers on the quality and characteristics of our diamonds and other jewelry.
∎ Guide customers through the selection process, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
∎ Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
∎ Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
∎ We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic professional with solid work experience for the role of sales executive
∎ Responsibilities:

∎ Requirements:
∎ 1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
∎ 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ 3. Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
∎ 4. Knowledge of diamonds and gemstones is preferred.
∎ 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ 6. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
∎ 7. Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ 1. Age at most 30 years
∎ 2. Proficient in English & Bengali languages.
∎ 3. Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
∎ 4. Constantly keep an eye on and track overall sales performance.
∎ 5. Develop and keep a positive rapport with clients and customers.
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ At least 3/5 years’ experience in a relevant field
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
