About the Role

NJ Diamonds is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead brand development, customer experience, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, visual aesthetics and customer engagement — ensuring NJ Diamonds continues to stand as a trusted and aspirational jewellery brand in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement brand strategy to strengthen brand identity and market presence
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication and touchpoints
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic decision making

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, showroom promotions and product launch plans
  • Lead digital marketing activities including social media, influencer collaborations and online brand positioning
  • Supervise content creation, advertising materials and creative assets

Customer Experience

  • Enhance in-store and digital customer touchpoints to reflect luxury standards
  • Work closely with sales and creative teams to ensure premium brand presentation

Partnerships & PR

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, event partners, and luxury lifestyle platforms

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and customer insights
  • Prepare monthly brand performance reports and recommendations
