Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience, driving showroom sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for premium retail.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs

• Assist customers in selecting diamond jewelry based on their needs and preferences

• Provide personalized consultation to enhance the buying experience

• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Follow up with clients for repeat business and referrals

• Maintain a database of customer preferences and purchase history

Showroom Experience

• Ensure a premium and welcoming showroom environment

• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards

• Support customers throughout the purchase journey

Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Develop strong knowledge of diamond jewelry and collections

• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and value

• Stay updated on new arrivals and collections

Operations Support

• Assist in inventory handling and stock organization

• Support billing, packaging, and after-sales service

• Follow company policies and procedures
