Job Summary
The Showroom In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding customer experience, and managing the team. This role demands a strong leader capable of maintaining luxury retail standards while achieving consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Drive high-value sales through personalized engagement
• Build long-term relationships with premium and repeat clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Track and analyze sales performance reports
Showroom Operations Management
• Ensure smooth daily showroom operations
• Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand standards
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, and product security
• Ensure compliance with operational policies
Customer Experience Excellence
• Deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience
• Handle VIP clients and high-value transactions professionally
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain team grooming, etiquette, and service quality
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching
• Manage staff schedules and attendance

Reporting & Coordination
