Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention
- Help clients choose the perfect diamond or jewellery piece with confidence and product knowledge
- Maintain the showroom’s high standards, ensuring displays are attractive and organized
- Manage sales transactions, billing, and necessary documentation accurately
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and care
- Achieve monthly sales targets while supporting showroom promotions and initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with diamond quality standards, jewellery trends and product knowledge
