• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Candidates having an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing will be highly preferred

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Packaging Industry, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Explore new business opportunities and develop customers for molds and semi-finished goods including plastic bottles, plastic container, tube, and related products.

• Promote company products to manufacturing units, factories, and industrial clients.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and price negotiations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Follow up on inquiries, samples, orders, and deliveries.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support.

• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and QC teams for order execution.

• Ensure proper understanding of mold specifications and semi-finished product requirements.

• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
