Responsibilities & Context:
1. Visit assigned modern trade outlets regularly to ensure smooth order collection and stock availability.
2. Maintain relationships with store managers and buyers to secure shelf space and improve product placement.
3. Ensure proper in-store display, pricing, and planogram execution as per brand guidelines.
4. Implement promotions, visibility campaigns, and special displays at the store level.
5. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and report insights.
6. Coordinate with distributors/warehouses to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
7. Track sales performance and share weekly sales data and outlet feedback with the supervisor.
8. Resolve on-ground issues including stockouts, returns, and disputes with store management.
9. Ensure POSM (point-of-sale materials) and promotional assets are placed and maintained.
10. Support in new product launches and seasonal push programs.
