∎ At least 1 year(s) in sales or logistics (Fresher’s with strong communication skills may also apply).
∎ Experience in international courier/freight sales will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be smart, confident, and target-driven.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skill in English (both speaking and writing) is required.
∎ Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet browsing) is required.
∎ Familiarity with mobile apps and online tracking tools.
∎ Willingness to travel within city for client visits.

∎ Identify potential clients for both international courier and freight services.
∎ Visit corporate clients, importers, exporters, and retailers to promote logistics solutions.
∎ Explain services, pricing, and delivery options to clients clearly.
∎ Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as per client needs.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team for shipment handling and on-time delivery.
∎ Handle client queries regarding tracking, documentation, and customs.
∎ Maintain a client database and provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and shipping regulations.
∎ Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities.
