• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline

• MBA / professional training in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.

• Strong sales, marketing, and client-handling skills

• Experience in international courier & freight services

• Ability to identify and develop new corporate clients

• Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills

• Knowledge of logistics services, pricing & delivery options

• Experience in preparing quotations & sales proposals

• Ability to achieve sales targets and follow up with clients

• Basic understanding of shipping documents, tracking & customs procedures

• Coordination skills with operations team

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & email reporting

• Willingness to work in office & field

Experience

• 1–3 years of sales experience in international courier, freight, or logistics industry preferred

• Identify potential clients for both international courier and freight services.

• Visit corporate clients, importers, exporters, and retailers to promote logistics solutions.

• Explain services, pricing, and delivery options to clients clearly.

• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as per client needs.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback.

• Coordinate with the operations team for shipment handling and on-time delivery.

• Handle client queries regarding tracking, documentation, and customs.

• Maintain a client database and provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and shipping regulations.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities.
