Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
  • MBA or professional courses (CA/CMA/ACCA – part qualified) preferred

  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping

  • Experience in GL, AR, AP, journal entries, cash & bank book

  • Ability to prepare bills, vouchers, fixed assets register & financial statements

  • Basic knowledge of VAT & Income Tax (VAT challan & record keeping)

  • Salary sheet, petty cash & credit realization

  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word

  • Experience with Accounting Software / ERP

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance-related roles

  • Practical experience in day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping

  • Experience in billing, voucher preparation & expense records

  • Exposure to VAT record keeping and basic tax-related work

  • Experience using accounting software and MS Excel

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the domestic or international courier industry will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control

  • Execute journal entries as per receipt

  • Monitor the collection of due payments

  • Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and other expenses

  • Prepare and maintain fixed assets register

  • Prepare the cash and bank book

  • Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management

  • Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements

  • Perform any other assignment given by the management.

  • Must have Some knowledge about VAT and Income taxes

  • Prepare VAT Challan, Record Maintain

  • Petty Cash Maintenance

  • Maintain general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records;

  • Prepare bill, and credit realization, field visit (If necessary).

  • Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software & ERP.
