∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Post graduate degree in Business discipline (preferably MBA),Diploma Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales planning and meet sales target.
∎ Continue follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
∎ Increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers.
∎ Supervision of 3rd party sales force, dealer & territory.
∎ Search & expand new market and develop new customer base to increase sales volume.
∎ Top class execution of marketing tools.
∎ Endeavor for self development and take expanded role.
∎ Ability to research market.
∎ Credit Management & Logistics.
∎ Merchandising / outdoor branding.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be flexible to work anywhere within Bangladesh.
