∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Management, Distribution, Market Development, Pricing, Process Orientation, Relationship Management, Sales Forecasting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paint, Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve our sales objectives/plan and revenues.
∎ Plan & Forecasting: In line with regional operational & strategic plan
∎ Pricing: Delivering threshold Net Sales Price maintaining price harmony in each market/area
∎ Credit Management: Leading area CM and minimizing HC credit exposure in line with HC credit policy
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Customers & decision makers, Market stakeholders, strategic partners, Influencers, and cross-functional teams and promote team culture within the sales & cross-functional teams.
∎ Business Development: New market opportunities, New product & services deployment, Distribution Expansion
∎ Demand generation: Allocation of allocated promotional to maximize the impact
∎ Resource Planning & Leading: Resource planning, leading and managing the sales teams (Sales Promoter, Distributors’ sales & logistics staff), providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance and exceed sales targets.
∎ Reporting: Monitor and analyze market & sales performance metrics to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and provide regular reports and insights.
∎ Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance, implementing cultural principles of HM, etc.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety, and environmental policy requirements are strictly fulfilled.
∎ Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be flexible to work anywhere within Bangladesh.
∎ IT Skills: Basic data analytics with Excel, and Microsoft Office, familiarity with SAP ERP/Power BI/Tableau environment will be considered as an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
