∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Sales Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales Marketing, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Certificate / Diploma in Business / Science (Focus: Marketing / Civil Engineering)
∎ Skills Required: Drive for results, Flexibility and Adaptability, Integrity, Learning Attitude, Motivational skill, Problem solving and decision making, Productivity

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication and collaboration, Conflict management, Credit Management, Customer Relationship Management, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Forecasting, Information and Documentation, Market Development, Retail Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Paint, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales planning and meet sales target.
∎ Continue follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
∎ Increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers.
∎ Supervision of 3rd party sales force, dealer & territory.
∎ Search & expand new market and develop new customer base to increase sales volume.
∎ Top class execution of marketing tools.
∎ Endeavor for self-development and take expanded role.
∎ Ability to research market.
∎ Credit Management & Logistics.
∎ Merchandising / outdoor branding.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be flexible to work anywhere within Bangladesh.
∎ Able to read, write & speak in Bengali & English.
∎ Experienced with MS Office.
