Responsibilities & Context:
Achieving monthly sales TARGET.
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders politely and in time with proper etiquette & professional manner.
Prepare customer queries, complaints, or problems; record and forward to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp, Tiktok or other digital platforms customers` queries and proper answering.

Job Other Benifits:
- Salary Review: Yearly
- Festival Bonus: 2
Base Salary: 10,000/-
**Commission: 10% on monthly total sales.
This structure allows for increased earnings based on performance.
