Responsibilities:

  • Support corporate sales and marketing initiatives, including client follow-up and lead management.

  • Prepare professional sales reports, performance analysis, and client presentation.

  • Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Participate in sales meetings, campaigns, and promotional events.

  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM system.

  • Build strong relationships with key clients through timely and effective communication.

  • Conduct market research and share insights to improve sales strategies.

  • Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials to support business growth.

  • Educating other salespeople about the technical features of the company's goods and services.

  • Finding areas that need improvement and informing higher management of these problems and potential fixes.

  • Create and distribute technical documents, such as product training sessions, technical specifications, and user manuals.
