∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills required and should have sound administrative command over sales & marketing function.
∎ Experience with B2B sales in the industry level will be preferred.
∎ Experience in corporate sales sector at least 5 (five) years including highly prefer of 5+ years of proven sales experience, especially in of electrical sub-station marketing.
∎ Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
∎ Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial sub-station, solar/others projects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To handle order inquiries, quotations, and manage the entire order process from initial request to delivery and prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documents
∎ To maintain and update customer databases, manage communications, and provide customer service. Track and follow up on leads, quotes, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
∎ To act as a liaison between the sales team, design team, Auto Cad operator, production, distribution, QC, logistics, and finance departments to ensure all parties are aligned.
∎ To coordinate schedules for the sales team, client meetings, and product deliveries.To conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights for the sales team.
∎ To ensure that invoices are issued correctly and payments are collected in a timely manner.
∎ To generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning.
∎ To organize and prepare materials for sales meetings, including presentations and reports.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by management.
