Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research and analysis.
∎ Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets.
∎ Assist in sales and marketing activities and customer outreach.
∎ Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
∎ Manage customer databases and CRM systems.
∎ Prepare and maintain records of client interactions.
∎ Maintain client relationships and manage key accounts.
∎ Support sales and marketing activities.
∎ Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials.
∎ Coordinate events and promotional activities.
∎ Participate in sales and marketing campaign events.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
∎ Report on sales and marketing performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients.
∎ Train and support junior staff.
∎ Maintain customer databases and ensure timely communication.
