Job Context: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our various real estate projects (apartments, plots, and commercial spaces). This role is crucial for driving our company's growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals
