Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Fisheries/ Agriculture/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology.
∎ M.Sc in Zoology/ Botany/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry with MBA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing market research to identify high potential markets and building relationship with key
∎ customers for repeat orders.
∎ Developing and expanding the sales and distribution network by negotiating with dealers and technicians to get the effective pricing.
∎ Developing the aqua probiotics division to ensure optimal revenues and expand the products to new territories.
∎ Upon a thorough analysis of the market needs and challenges, consumer trends and competitors landscape, define a regional commercial strategy including customer segmentation, channel identification and cross-selling opportunities with other ingredients within our probiotic portfolio
∎ Define the relevant application supports to meet the customer demands and execute by collaborating with their application interface and leveraging the regional/global application structures
∎ Solve problems for aquaculture clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored
∎ sales solutions
∎ Analyze the market trends and help in introduce innovative products.
∎ Responsible for on the ground sales activities towards the aquaculture market
∎ Maintain and develop the Aquaculture probiotic market in Bangladesh
∎ Design, develop and implement sales programs to meet business objectives.
∎ Maintain awareness of technical and scientific developments.
∎ Educate customers about company's products or services, prices, innovations, etc.
∎ Promote and nurture relationships with current and potential customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge in the field of aquaculture.
∎ Strong business acumen and commercial insight.
∎ Willing to travel extensively
∎ At least 2 years of experience in a sales role working within the Aquaculture industry
∎ A strong network with Aquaculture feed producers as well as shrimp and marine fish farmers.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of the aquaculture feed industry and production.
∎ Proven ability and insight to support new product launches and introductions at customers.
∎ Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent English in speaking and writing.
∎ Excellent understanding of the customer's needs and able to develop and propose appropriate solutions.
∎ Able to adapt to different cultures and travel 50% or more.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
