Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Agent's profile & assist to brief Agent on his/her query. Also collaborate with Branch for Agent onboarding.
∎ Popularize banking products and services under Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners.
∎ Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement.
∎ Meet compliance & Agent network health checkup.
∎ Assist & track channel complains and liaises with product management team.
∎ Align with regional team for on-boarding and training new team members of Agent's.
∎ Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives POSMs through proper channel monitoring.
∎ Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and query.
∎ Comply with regulatory guideline and ensure compliance fulfillment.
∎ Ensure smooth business transition.
