∎ অর্ডার সংগ্রহ থেকে ডেলিভারি পর্যন্ত প্রতিটি ধাপ তদারকি করা।
∎ আমাদের কাস্টমার রিলেশনশিপ ম্যানেজমেন্ট সিস্টেমে সঠিকভাবে কাজ করা।
∎ বিক্রয় কৌশল তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা এবং বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনের জন্য দায়ী থাকা।
∎ সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের চিহ্নিত করা এবং নতুন ব্যবসার সুযোগ তৈরি করা।
∎ গ্রাহকদের সাথে দৃঢ় সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা এবং গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট তৈরি করা ও পণ্য বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা।
