Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.

  • HVAC-related technical or sales certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems including VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split Units, and Ventilation systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good client relationship management and business development capability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD knowledge.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products and solutions.

  • Promote HVAC systems and solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.

  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

  • Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and Project Teams for proper solution preparation and project execution.

  • Review project specifications, BOQs, and technical drawings to ensure accurate solution offerings.

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Follow up on sales inquiries, project pipelines, and ongoing business opportunities regularly.

  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers under management guidance.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Ensure timely submission of reports, sales forecasts, and customer updates.

  • Support payment collection and coordinate with accounts for receivable follow-up.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and business standards.
