2. Smart, energetic and hard working.
3. Good organizing and planning skills.
4. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
5. Build a strong relationship with the customers.
6. Minimum 3 years in the similar position and 5 years’ experience with any reputed organization

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Coordinating & Monitoring team work of Sales Team.
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and team to achieve the sales target
3. Ensuring working culture among the team members.
4. Keeping eye on competitors’ sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
5. Managing the sales cycle effectively and tracking the activities of the Sales Force.
6. Managing performance for maximizing result through sales team management.
7. Tender Documentation: You will complete the entire tendering process with your team from documentation preparation to submission
