• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• BSc/Diploma in ME/EEE

• Develop product expertise to convey the value, benefits, and differentiators of Contrast. 
• Manage territorial schedules for optimum utilization of resources in assisting with customers.  
• Responsible for the sales of gensets /compressors all around the country. 
• Maintaining sales target & report and work under Director. 
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle  
• To study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements. 
• Coordinating with Services, Commercial, and Accounts during customer handoffs. 
• Identify demands in Bangladesh that fit into the Company's product portfolio and that can be sold to the  same customer target group. 
• Demonstrating the compressor/ product offering to technical staff and executive leadership. 
• Participating in new hire training sessions for all company functions. 
• Maintain, grow, and manage existing business relationships. 
• Take an active role in your region's customer success and help resolve any customer satisfaction issues, escalating cross-functionally when needed. 
• To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
