Experience :
- Years of Experience: 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or market development, preferably in the banking or financial technology sectors.
- Proven track record of working with financial institutions, particularly in selling technical products like Money sorters or cash handling equipment.
- Proven leadership in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and building long-term relationships with key financial clients, with experience selling cash-handling solutions, banknote sorters, or financial equipment to banks and large corporations.
Skill:
- Strong understanding of the financial sector, particularly Money sorting and automation technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banknote sorters, cash handling machines, or related financial automation equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, preparing presentations, and drafting sales reports.
- Ability to present complex technical products simply and compellingly to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in financial software, CRM tools, and data analytics.
Responsibilities & Context: - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the Money sorting machine market, particularly focusing on banks and financial institutions.
- Develop comprehensive sales and market entry strategies targeting key players in the banking and financial sectors.
- Work with senior management to set revenue targets, expansion plans, and growth strategies specific to the K & UW-F Series product line.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers at banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to pitch the UW-F Series Money sorters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders to ensure long-term collaborations.
- Drive sales efforts for the K & UW-F Series by targeting new business channels within the financial sector.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients, ensuring that financial institutions understand the benefits and specifications of the machines.
- Work closely with product development and R&D teams to ensure the K & UW-F Series machines meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of financial institutions.
- Communicate feedback from customers and market trends to the R&D team to refine and enhance product offerings.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations for banks and financial institutions, emphasizing how the K & UW-F Series machines can meet their operational and compliance needs.
- Work with engineering teams to offer tailored solutions where needed, ensuring that product modifications align with client demands.
- Manage potential risks associated with market entry, product performance, and client contracts in the banking industry.
- Analyze financial metrics such as profitability, pricing, and ROI to guide strategic decisions and align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the UW-F Series Money sorters focused on the financial sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, banking conferences, and trade shows to promote the product and generate leads.
