- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Working knowledge of the customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
Responsibilities & Context:
The duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate include establishing close relationships with clients in order to ascertain their requirements, responding to their inquiries about our offerings, and advising them on the most appropriate solutions.
Team up with co-workers to gather market information and arrange a market survey.
Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy & follow-up calls.
Visit client premises to fill up the signup form and collect necessary documents.
Follow and achieve the department`s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Generate tickets for new clients and follow up on the status of the tickets.
Prepare, maintain, and update the client database.
Build productive and trust relationships with customers.
