1. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Working knowledge of the customer and market dynamics and requirements.
4. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
5. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
6. Availability to work flexible shifts.

The duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate include establishing close relationships with clients in order to ascertain their requirements, responding to their inquiries about our offerings, and advising them on the most appropriate solutions.

• Team up with co-workers to gather market information and arrange a market survey.

• Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy & follow-up calls.

• Visit client premises to fill up the signup form and collect necessary documents.

• Follow and achieve the department`s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Generate tickets for new clients and follow up on the status of the tickets.

• Prepare, maintain, and update the client database.

• Build productive and trust relationships with customers.
