∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
∎ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
∎ Working knowledge of the customer and market dynamics and requirements.
∎ A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
∎ Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Availability to work flexible shifts.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Team up with co-workers to gather market information and arrange a market survey.
∎ Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy & follow-up calls.
∎ Visit client premises to fill up the signup form and collect necessary documents.
∎ Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
∎ Generate tickets for new clients and follow up on the status of the tickets.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and update the client database.
∎ Build productive and trust relationships with customers.
∎ The duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate include establishing close relationships with clients in order to ascertain their requirements, responding to their inquiries about our offerings, and advising them on the most appropriate solutions.
