- Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare, serve, and package sweet items such as jilapi, chomchom, rosogolla, cakes, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the stall, counters, and equipment.
- Greet customers politely and take orders correctly.
- Handle cash, mobile banking payments, and give proper change.
- Ensure all items are fresh and displayed neatly.
- Follow hygiene & safety standards while handling food.
- Assist in restocking ingredients and managing inventory.
- Support daily opening and closing tasks of the stall.
