∎ Experience:3-5 Years Of Proven Experience In Real Estate/Development
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development industry.
∎ Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics in Dhaka,Or Other Cox's Bazar
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
∎ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is essential.

∎ Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
∎ Participate in promotional activities, property expos, and other marketing events.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and progress towards targets.
