Responsibilities & Context:
∎ নতুন ডিলারদের খুঁজে বের করা এবং তাদের সাথে প্রথম যোগাযোগ স্থাপন।
∎ ফোন কল, ইমেইল বা ফেসবুক মেসেঞ্জার মাধ্যমে ডিলারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
∎ নির্দিষ্ট এলাকা বা অঞ্চলে গিয়ে ডিলারদের সাথে সরাসরি মিটিং করা।
∎ ডিলারদের সাথের সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা ও তাদের ফিডব্যাক নেওয়া।
∎ নতুন ডিলারদের সেলস পলিসি, ডিসকাউন্ট ও কমিশন সম্পর্কে স্পষ্টভাবে জানানো।
∎ তাদের ব্যবসার সুবিধা এবং প্রোডাক্টের গুণগত মান তুলে ধরে একটি এগ্রিমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ ডিলারদের কাছ থেকে অর্ডার নেয়া এবং সঠিক সময়ে প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ডিলারদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রেখে তাদের অর্ডার এবং স্টক ম্যানেজমেন্ট ট্র্যাক করা।
∎ বিভিন্ন মার্কেটিং ক্যাম্পেইন এবং প্রমোশনাল অ্যাক্টিভিটি চালানো।
∎ ডিলারদের কাছ থেকে সেলস রিপোর্ট সংগ্রহ করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে আপডেট দেওয়া।
∎ নির্দিষ্ট মাসিক বা ত্রৈমাসিক বিক্রির টার্গেট পূরণে কাজ করা।
∎ ডিলারদের জন্য উন্নত বিক্রির পরিকল্পনা তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
∎ ডিলারদের কোনো সমস্যা বা অভিযোগ থাকলে সেগুলির সমাধান করা।
∎ পণ্যের গুণগত মান বা ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
∎ ডিলারদের খুঁজে বের করা ও যোগাযোগ স্থাপন:
