Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Analyst / Business Analyst to support our Sales Department with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance improvement.

Location: Plot: 129-131, DEPZ, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and KPI tracking using Excel and BI tools (Power BI).
  • Support sales forecasting, demand analysis, and business planning activities.
  • Conduct market trend reviews, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Automate regular reports and improve data accuracy through structured processes.
