Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Description:
∎ You have to be spontaneous, sociable in character with good work ethics and professionalism.
∎ Take ownership of the company marketing strategies, from converting of leads to successful placement of candidates to their desired course.
∎ Lead calling everyday from the list extracted by the marketing team.
∎ Attend to in- and outbound calls, respond to email enquiries and referrals daily to close sales opportunities.
∎ Apply excellent listening and communication skills to ensure maximum conversion rates and optimum opportunities.
∎ Gain and maintain in-depth services knowledge to offer the full range of features and benefits and meet stakeholders' needs and requirements.
∎ Develop trusted relationships and rapport with College, Universities various partners and individual client resulting in increased confidence in the company and its staff.
∎ Representing the company at contract and framework meetings.
∎ New business & commercial expertise, experience developing new business for a small/medium expertise organization, and consistently delivering strategies effectively even under challenging circumstances.
∎ Interviewing and prepping candidate for placements over zoom.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Then definitely this job is for you. Please bare in mind this job working hours will be aligned to UK operation hours and days. It will be Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm GMT. Please if you cannot commit to above time which will be Bangladesh Time 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm weekly holidays Saturday & Sunday. As this is an international company so you are expected to posses high level of English Fluency in speaking.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Benefits:30,000.00 BDT per month
Once you complete your probation period: Your salary will be reviewed.
Work from home
16 days + UK public holidays 9 days
Performance Bonus (10% commission on each placement).
Uncapped commission and possible earning of 1 lakh BDT each month on top of your salary.
Salary will be reviewed every 12 months.
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Based on your performance. You will have the opportunity to come to the UK with full TIER 2 sponsorship and which will lead you towards your British citizenship in the UK.
