Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Accountabilities will include:
∎ Take ownership of the company marketing strategies, from the bidding stage of each contract, through mobilization, resourcing and supply of workforce to various healthcare facilities.
∎ Lead negotiations / tender exercises.
∎ To help create and implement marketing campaigns
∎ Attend to in- and outbound calls, respond to email enquiries and referrals daily to close sales opportunities.
∎ Apply excellent listening and communication skills to ensure maximum conversion rates and optimum opportunities.
∎ Gain and maintain in-depth services knowledge to offer the full range of features and benefits and meet stakeholders' needs and requirements.
∎ Develop trusted relationships and rapport with Care homes, hospitals, and Trusts, resulting in increased confidence in the company and its staff.
∎ Representing the company at contract and framework meetings.
∎ New business & commercial expertise, experience developing new business for a small/medium expertise organization, and consistently delivering strategies effectively even under challenging circumstances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Benefits:
Salary: From 20,000.00-30,000.00 BDT per month
Once you complete your probation period: Your salary will be reviewed.
Work from home
16 days + UK public holidays
Performance Bonus (10% commission on each placement).
Uncapped commission and possible earning of 1 lakh BDT each month on top of your salary.
Salary will be reviewed every 12 months.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Profit share, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Based on your performance. You will have the opportunity to come to the UK with full TIER 2 sponsership and which will lead you towards your British citizenship in the UK.
