∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough and clear understanding of Plastic & Rubber products and services for indent and distribution sales
∎ Implement the sales plan as well as carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve overall business targets
∎ Focus on customer segmentation and give the customer-wise proper weightage for optimizing the business
∎ Maintain close relationship with existing and future key business partners and focus on customer retention strategy
∎ Proactively involve with the Key Customers to know their purchase plan for meeting their need and helping partnership
∎ Customer mapping for distribution business optimization & hunt for untapped customers for introducing existing or new products
∎ Ensuring timely delivery with right products as agreed with the customers and strongly follow up for the Accounts Receivable (AR)
∎ Proactive involvement with the Key Customers to know their procurement plan to maximize our share
∎ Regularly CRM reporting with potentials and opportunities of pipeline business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' of experience in Plastic & Rubber industry is must
∎ Thorough & clear understanding of Plastic & Rubber related products & ingredients
∎ Strong market knowledge & customer relationship is must
∎ Strong analytical skills with an understanding of profit and loss statements
∎ Effective communication and presentation skill is required with computer skill such as excel, Power Point
∎ Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) report and analysis for the growth of the business consistently
