∎ B Sc in Leather Engineering , MBA preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new customers and successfully achieve active pipeline for new business opportunities through close follow up on all projects
∎ Conduct regular market research; gather and report market intelligence
∎ New product development and introduction into the market
∎ Responsible for providing solutions to the customers by providing the right products and services
∎ Attend to the customers' inquiries and provide value added solutions/initiatives to differentiate Brenntag from competitor offerings and create strong relationship with the customers
∎ Provide sample to customers to evaluate the products
∎ Technical data collection, compilation & report preparation
∎ Inbound & Outbound customer care, tele marketing and all required promotional activities
∎ Visit customers along with suppliers and visitors when required
∎ Manage Nisapol EF (Wetting Agent) and Nisabate (Bating Agent) business in Major Tanneries and Traders
∎ Maintain good relationship with the end customers as well as traders
∎ Regular submission of CRM report for the growth of the business
∎ Work closely with the regional team to expand the business and provide regular updates on the business.
∎ Take up any additional responsibilities assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' sales experience in Leather chemical distribution industry is must.
∎ Experience in Textile Sales & Marketing industry will be added advantage
∎ Able to work effectively in the absence of daily direct supervision
∎ Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) report and analysis for the growth of the business consistently
∎ Able to communicate and work effectively at executive, mid-level management and operating levels of Brenntag and customer organizations
∎ Strong analytical skills with an understanding of profit and loss statements
∎ Strong interpersonal skills able to work effectively in a multi-culture environment
∎ Able to travel as required to achieve business objectives
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
