∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough and clear understanding of requirements of ingredient products and services for Personal Care business for both distribution and Indent sales.
∎ Implement the sales plan as well as carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve overall business targets
∎ Focus on customer segmentation and give the customer-wise proper weightage for optimizing the business
∎ Maintaining excellent supplier relation through professionalism, updating market intelligence, periodic reporting to deserving suppliers and sourcing of new suppliers
∎ Proactively involve with the Key Customers to know their purchase plan for meeting their need and helping partnership
∎ Customer mapping for distribution business optimization & hunt for untapped customers for introducing existing or new products
∎ Ensuring timely delivery with right products as agreed with the customers and strongly follow up for the Accounts Receivable (AR)
∎ Regularly reporting of CRM activities including potentials and opportunities of pipeline business
∎ Take up any additional activities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough & clear understanding of ingredients used in Personal Care products
∎ Strong market knowledge & customer relationship is must
∎ Strong analytical skills with an understanding of profit and loss statements
∎ Effective communication and presentation skill is required with computer skill such as excel, Power Point
∎ Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) report and analysis for the growth of the business consistently
∎ Minimum 7 years' sales experience in Personal Care chemical distribution industry is must.
