Education:
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Training/PGD/Course in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Fire & Safety, or related to factory maintenance safety/worksite safety will be considered an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance.
Hands-on experience with factory maintenance and worksite EHS practices. Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification.
Ability to prepare and manage various safety-related documents, permits, and policies.
Strong communication skills.
Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), WhatsApp & Email Communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Duty Time: 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Weekend: Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans. Prepare and manage all EHS-related documentation for mechanical maintenance activities.
- Obtain necessary work permits and approvals from the EHS department before starting any work.
- Conduct daily site inspections and monitor worksite activities to ensure compliance with safety standards during lifting, welding, cutting, and erection, etc. operations.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reports.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for site workers.
- Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and other safety gears/materials, take corrective actions for unsafe acts or conditions, maintain first aid boxes, and investigate any accidents, incidents, or near misses.
- Assist in safety audits, emergency drills, and preparation of safety reports.
