Job Context:
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is currently implementing its 4th country strategic plan (CSP-IV) developed for five years covering fiscal year 2016 to 2020 towards a longer term vision of a Bangladesh where "Children and Youth (irrespective of ethnicity, location, gender, religion, disabilities or sexual orientation) grow up in a safe, protected, enabling environment where their rights are realized and their voices heard and valued."
∎ We will contribute towards this vision by ensuring proper support service for designing and implementing quality programs and projects in major areas following right based approached. These major areas are: Health, Education, WASH, Child Protection, DRM & Climate Change and Youth Economic Empowerment
∎ Based at Bangladesh Country Office

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic team member with five years' experience in a similarly wide-ranging role. Past field experience in humanitarian security work, preferably in the areas where Plan operates & at least 2 years work experience in an NGO is preferred. Past experience of working with the military or any of the investigative disciplines with add value. The person should have the ability to manage security at field level for both national and international staff of known international NGOs Experience in staff capacity development and training.

Salary:
∎ Minimum of salary range is BDT. 129,040 (Monthly CTC) along with other benefits i.e., Life insurance and hospitalization benefit and Festival Bonus.
