Experience:
Must have experience in sales of food items (sauce, vinegar, rice, flavored drinks)
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand the customer base.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, and manage the sales budget for the region.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for regional sales initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
