∎ Develop Sales Strategy:
∎ Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and track performance against these metrics.
∎ Team Leadership and Management:
∎ Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Understand client needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and solutions accordingly.
∎ Act as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues and concerns.
∎ Sales Operations:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
∎ Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
∎ Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
∎ Performance Analysis and Reporting:

∎ Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
∎ Qualifications and Skills:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
∎ Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
∎ Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
∎ Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team building, coaching, and development.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
