∎ Graduation/Masters/ MBA from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To convince customers and build up business relation with valued clients
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Ensuring of sales collection within due time.
∎ Visit potential customers for new business.
∎ To note down client's information and exchange the day-to-day sales activities with the office management.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities.
∎ To work as an effective member of the Marketing and Sales team to achieve the long term goals of the department.
∎ To achieve the sales target.
∎ To act as a pro-active team player and increase the sales volume through efficient marketing.
∎ Ensure individual sales targets set by departmental head are met
∎ Gather competitor information/activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 2 or 3 years experience in Poultry sector will get priority.
∎ Must have sound physical health.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities.
∎ Self driven, result oriented, hard working and willing to work anywhere in the country.
∎ Positive mental attitude.
