∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA is preferred.
∎ Must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ No 3rd division is allowed.
∎ Skills Required: Client Relationship Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify and develop wholesale customer’s pipeline and focus for new profitable customers from the identified target sectors to manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost effective funded & non-funded liability.
∎ Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.
∎ Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
∎ Prepare credit proposals of corporate customers including FSS & CRG after receiving all required papers from clients & timely follow up with respective divisions/departments of CHO.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function, as and when required.
∎ Maintaining close communication with clients towards timely recovery, monitoring & follow-up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ RM - 5 Years’ experience in Bank/NBFI. Priority will be given to applicants with experience in the Corporate/Wholesale Banking department of a reputed bank
∎ SRM – 8 Years’ experience in Bank/NBFI. Priority will be given to applicants with experience in the Corporate/Wholesale Banking department of a reputed bank
