∎ ROLE PURPOSE:
∎ RMNCAH Specialist in RMNCAH Coastal Bangladesh project is primary responsible for Key program implementation at field level activities under the project. He/ She will be responsible for all activity related program goal achievement, capacity building of project staff as well key focal on programmatic issues and maintain
∎ RMNCAH day to day key health development program activities with liaison to health professionals under working areas both Upazila and UP level. This position will also ensure the health support service related assessment, development assistance of training, training plan and curriculum development as well conduct session for developing health related professionals.
∎ SCOPE OF ROLE:
∎ Reports to: Project Coordinator (PC) RMNCAH Coastal Bangladesh
∎ Dotted line management: Finance & HR Manager of SDA and Specialist (RMNCAH) &Program Manager MNCH of Concern Worldwide and other key Heath management team.
∎ Dimensions:80% of field visit required
∎ Staff directly reporting to this post: (As per need base)
∎ Functional relationship: Finance Office, Training, MEAL, WASH Admin& Logistics Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
∎ Coordinated Support on Community Health issues assessing and supervising the proper functioning of the any medical treatment assistance for all relevant RMNCAH target beneficiaries to improve coastal community health issues.
∎ Participating in the of annual planning for the project and in the follow-up of the programs/project relating to addressing community health.
∎ Supervising and ensuring that medical support activities objectives under his/her responsibility are achieved, immediately reporting to the RMNCAH PC and Specialist from donor part
∎ Provide technical support at Upazilla and UP level streamlining RMNCAH to capture and coverage
∎ Ensuring efficient community health management and monitoring the rational with supervision for appropriate treatment and ensure need based referral mechanisms and anticipating future needs.
∎ Build key relation with all UZ based health facilities (Community Clinic, UHC, Uz health complex, clinics, health support centres and stakeholders (Doctor, Nurse, paramedic, Medical Assistant, Community Birth Attendant , community based health professionals and health administration)
∎ Advocate and strengthen coordination among UZ health and Local Government through sharing of findings from a desk review and provide recommendations to improve RMNCAH health services
∎ Maintain constant and intensive liaison with the office of the UH&FPO and health professional in Upazila Health Complex and Upazila Family Planning to discuss progress, identify gaps, show evidence and advocate for corrective actions
∎ Provide technical support at Upazila levels for streamlining the RMNCAH to capture coverage and stock and to track women of Reproductive age specially.
∎ Coordinated support to field related health program activities including beneficiary selection issues and ensure necessary support and awareness.
∎ Maintain good working relation to community key personnel related to health program development
∎ Regular field visit and sharing of field observations with concern authority and initiate corrective measures
∎ Any other assigned work by Management.

∎ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
∎ ESSENTIAL
∎ Working Experience: At least 5-7years' experience in NGO Health sector or Clinical environment to assist RMNCAH related extensive support and assistance. Qualified women with relevant experience will get preferences with due diligence.
∎ Knowledge: Should have clear understanding and basic concept on RMNCAH related program implementation and knowledge in programs of Government and community health support facilities.
∎ Skills:
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Should have ability to interpret report writing skills in Bangla and English
∎ Good Computer knowledge on MS-Word, MS-Excel, PP and other relevant software is a must for this job

Salary:
∎ 53,625.00/month (+/-) (As per project Allocation; including all other facilities)
